UPVC WINDOW AND DOOR SPECIALIST OPENING AND REPAIR COURSE

Currently over 50% of all windows and doors in the UK are UPVC. With this figure rising every day, A1 Safe & Secure have teamed up with a top specialist in UPVC and designed a course to teach techniques in fitting, repair and opening of UPVC window and door locks.

Our qualified course tutor Dennis Manning, has over twenty years experience in the manufacture, fitting and repair of UPVC window and door systems. Dennis, a well respected and knowledgeable figure within the industry, has trained several key players and advised many fitting teams and repair specialists in the past.

The course is conducted on a 'hands on; basis at our purpose built workshop in Hereford and will cover the majority of UPVC window and door locks available today. The course will also cover locks that are no longer in manufacture, covering repair techniques and replacement guidelines.

Attending this course will enable you to expand your business therefore vastly increase your profit margin. It will ensure you have a second string to your bow as there is a massive potential for UPVC work, especially repair, as there are many out of warranty systems in use today.

Subject notes will be provided for each unit along with a list of suppliers. You will have access to our free 24 hour helpline should you have any technical questions or problems out in the field trading. You will also have the opportunity to purchase a glazing and repair kit put together by Bob Curry and Dennis Manning. The kit will contain the required tools needed to complete the majority of UPVC work.
